The former Denuzière boarding school, 16 rue de la Galoche in Caluire-et-Cuire, was squatted from the end of October 2023 to December 2024.
The Denuzière squat, owned by the city of Lyon, is open at the end of October 2023 in anticipation of the eviction of the Pyramide squat on October 30, 2023. On the night of December 2 to 3, 2024, a fire broke out at the Denuzière squat, causing several serious injuries, one person died.
