Tattoo Circus Helsinki is a weekend long solidarity event against prisons and in support of political prisoners. With a core mission of spreading awareness, writing letters and raising funds for political prisoners, Tattoo Circus Helsinki is also a space for gathering together with others who who want to organise against oppression. The event also brings together tattoo artists and people interested in tattoo culture who want to support political prisoners with their work and skills.

Tattooing or getting tattooed, learning about political struggles inside and outside of prisons, attending workshops, helping with cooking, writing a letter to a prisoner - there are numerous ways to contribute to the work against state repression, such as prisons and the police.

We welcome you once again to cocreate a space for organising against prisons, and join us in our effort to build a culture of mutual aid and abolition of all forms of oppression.
