Filaret 16 is an independent, autonomous space in Bucharest, a space that brings people together for a common goal: challenging the status-quo and building together alternative ways of living and spending free time. Our initiative is collective, informal and non-profit and it relies solely on voluntary donations.
We are depending on the community's effort to create and sustain an open platform for concerts, free shops, communal meals, spoken word nights, independent book fairs or any other solidarity-building initiatives or activities that corresponds with our principles.
