Every second sunday of the month @ Molli, Amsterdam With a group of people we’ve been talking about mental health in autonomous zones and the anarchist community. We’re talking about things like the stress society puts on people, the workload of organising, stress, police violence, anxiety, depression, financial stress, the difficulties of getting help in the regular mental health care system, alcohol and drug use, and coping with all of that.  We want to create a space together to talk and maybe even help each other out. It is not a therapy session. We’re just equals, struggling to live in this fucked up world. Seeing our friends and comrades struggle too. Everyone can come and propose a subject. You can come and share something, but you can also just listen. We would invite everyone who thinks this is an interesting discussion to have. Whether or not you are struggling with some issue yourself, because mutual aid and solidarity is what binds us together.
