The AGA is a group of people working together to create solutions and alternatives to the problems they encounter at work, school or anywhere else in society. The starting point is anarchism. The AGA fights for self-government and a world without exploitation or oppression in which production takes place according to need and not for profit.
The AGA is a collective without hierarchy. The biweekly meeting discusses all the issues the group is concerned with. This includes making action plans in case of problems at work, as well as organizing meetings and creating and distributing propaganda materials. All decisions should be made in this meeting, striving for consensus. Decisions made outside this meeting of members must first be discussed and approved. This may be the case when AGA cooperates with other groups in federation.
The AGA maintains contacts with similar grassroots groups in other places and regularly cooperates with various anti-authoritarian organizations.
