The former Georges Brassens school, owned by Total Raffinage and abandoned since 2012, came back to life in early February 2020. Faced with the number of homeless exiles, the Lyon Metropolis is still not reacting. After the evictions of Amphi Z in September 2019 or those of the informal camps, there are still many people without housing this winter. Instead of rehousing, the state continues to repress and precarize. In response to these situations, there is only one solution: squatting empty buildings for all those who are homeless. The former Georges Brassens school is evicted on September 16, 2021.
