Charlie Siskel, 2016, USA, 80'

In the midst of the counter-culture upheaval of the late '60s and early '70s, at 19 years of age, William Powell wrote the infamous 'The Anarchist Cookbook.' The book contained instructions for making homemade bombs, drugs, and phreaking devices. Filmmaker Charlie Siskel confronts the 65-year-old Powell (just before his death) on the impact of his book.
