In these strange and dark times when politicians put corporations before people, species are quickly vanishing from the earth, and reality TV stars can become world leaders, there is but one thing that will save us: Art. We come together for a night of poetry and protest in honor of the new US President. We all know his name. Come and join us as we try to make poetry great again!
Featuring bart platenga who has just published sister books, Paris Scratch and NY Sin Phoney in Face Flat Minor on Sensitive Skin. He has a hysterical take on the grit & madness that encompass the US President's hometown and his snapshots of stumbling drunk through Paris with whores evoke one of Rough Night's honorary RNTs (Rough Night Type) Henry Miller.

As always on Thursday nights, Dokhuis will be serving up some incredible vegan food cooked with love and care by the volunteers. Soup is 2 EUR and a yuuuge dinner plate is 6 EUR.
