Das K.O.M.IT.E.E.

A conversation about repression, clandestinity, and exile with Thomas, who was part of the group Das K.O.M.I.T.E.E., which in the mid-1990s claimed responsibility for two attacks—the last one unsuccessful, but which attempted to blow up a new prison/deportation center with 120 kilos of explosives. The facility was under construction at the time and therefore uninhabited, located in Berlin-Grünau. The plans did not go as they were supposed to, and they were discovered. They managed to escape the scene but left traces that led to their identification. Days later, an arrest warrant was issued against the three comrades, who went into hiding and exile, only to reappear three decades later in Venezuela, South America.

Introduction to Anti-Psychiatry: 
History, theory and social movements
 
 What is anti-psychiatry – and is there really such a thing as the anti-psychiatry movement? This workshop offers an accessible introduction to its history, key debates and different political traditions. We will encounter early struggles led by people directly affected by psychiatry, as well as Laing, Szasz, Cooper, Basaglia and what became known as classical anti-psychiatry. At the same time, we will ask whose voices are often missing from this familiar history.
 
 We will explore feminist and anti-colonial critiques of psychiatry, survivor and ex-patient movements, newer anti-psychiatry movements, Mad Pride and Mad Studies. Rather than learning a list of famous names, we will look together at why people have challenged psychiatry at different moments, what alternatives they have created, where movements have disagreed, and which of these questions are still with us today. Finally, we will connect this history to contemporary international movements and current struggles around psychiatry, madness and self-determination.

Update: Ulm5 Case

On September 8, 2025, five internationalist pro-Palestinian activists broke into the headquarters of ELBIT System Deutschland in Ulm. The activists filmed the action on video and were subsequently arrested without offering any resistance. The five comrades sought to make visible the complicity of the German state in the genocide in occupied Palestine, attempting to momentarily halt the weapons production of the Israeli company. Some time later, the Stuttgart court decided not to press charges for property damage or trespassing, but instead chose to apply Article 129 of the anti-terrorism law, accusing them of "membership in a criminal organization" with "antisemitic motivation."

On this occasion, 2 People from within the close circle of Leandra and Vi, two of the detainees, will speak about the current situation, provide updates on the trials, and discuss both's particular circumstances.

Anti-Knast Tattoo Convention 2026 in Solidarität mit anarchistischen, subversiven und revolutionären Gefangenen.

„Tinta Negra Antiprison Tattoo Convention“ ist zurück! 

 Wir haben beschlossen, die zweite Berliner Ausgabe von „Tinta Negra“ zu organisieren, einer Anti-Knast-Tattoo-Convention in Solidarität mit anarchistischen, subversiven und revolutionären Gefangenen. „Tinta Negra“ entstand aus der Notwendigkeit heraus, Gefährt*innen im Gefängnis und im Untergrund finanziell zu unterstützen. Sie fand erstmals 2023 in Deutschland, Berlin, im New York-Bethanien statt. Ermittlungen, Untersuchungshaft und Haftstrafen, sind oft lang und daher teuer. Lange Strafmaße, die ein Exempel statuieren sollen, sind Teil der harten Repressionsstrategie. Die Kosten für Gerichtsverfahren sind extrem hoch und für Solidaritätskreise rund um die Gefangenen, die ebenfalls von Repression betroffen sind, schwer zu stemmen. Unser Ziel ist es, insbesondere Netzwerke, Fälle und Personen zu unterstützen, die weniger Zugang zu finanzieller Unterstützung haben. In den letzten Jahren gab es weltweit verschiedene Aktionen von Gefährt*innen mit unterschiedlicher Intensität gegen Macht und Autorität. Wie wir nur zu gut wissen, lassen die Herrschenden keine Angriffe ohne Vergeltung zu, weshalb auch die Unterdrückung und Repression gegen anarchistische, subversive und revolutionäre Bewegungen zugenommen hat. Deshalb können wir der Inhaftierung und Bestrafung unserer Gefährt*innen, die in Knästen auf der ganzen Welt festgehalten werden, nicht gleichgültig gegenüberstehen. 

Wir verwenden die Farbe Schwarz in unserem Namen „Tinta Negra“, um unser anarchistisches Erbe und die Geschichte dieses Kampfes zu bekräftigen, sowie als  beständiges Bekenntnis zu all jenen auf der ganzen Welt, die auf jede erdenkliche Weise Widerstand leisten. Es ist zudem eine internationalistische Geste gegenüber den Gefährt*innen auf dem Gebiet welches heute Uruguay genannt wird, die diesen Namen bereits seit Jahren verwenden. 

In diesem Jahr findet die zweite Ausgabe vom 4. bis 6. September 2026 im Hausprojekt Scherer 8 in Wedding, Berlin, statt. Es werden zahlreiche Tätowierer*innen aus verschiedenen Städten vor Ort sein, die ihr Handwerk für einen solidarischen Zweck anbieten. Ihr seid außerdem eingeladen, Diskussionen und Workshops zu verschiedenen Themen rund um die Anti-Knast-Bewegung zu besuchen. Im nahegelegenen ExBrache Garten findet ihr Bücher, Zines, Infostände und weiteres Material. Kommt vorbei, um Performances, Freakshows und Konzerte zu sehen oder einfach in guter Gesellschaft etwas zu essen.

 Uns ist es wichtig zu betonen, dass wir versuchen, diese Veranstaltung auf anarchistischen Werten aufzubauen, einschließlich antizionistischer, antikolonialer, antiimperialistischer, antirassistischer und antipatriarchaler Perspektiven des Kampfes, die den andauernden Völkermord an den Menschen im besetzten Palästina ablehnen.

 Wir freuen uns darauf, euch im September zu drei Tagen voller Tattoos, Diskussionen, Workshops und Musik im Zeichen von Solidarität und Anarchie begrüßen zu dürfen.

Antiprison Tattoo Convention 2026 in solidarity with anarchist, subversive and revolutionary prisoners.

 Tinta Negra Antiprison Tattoo Convention is back!

 We decided to organise the second Berlin edition of “Tinta Negra”, an anti-prison tattoo convention in solidarity with anarchist, subversive and revolutionary prisoners. Tinta Negra was born out of the need to financially support comrades in prison and underground. It was first held in Germany, Berlin in 2023 in New York- Bethanien.  

Investigation periods, preventive detentions and the time our comrades are locked in prisons are often long and therefore expensive. Long, punitive sentences, which are meant to set examples, are part of the hard repressive strategy of states. The expenses of court cases are extremely high and difficult to afford for solidarity circles around the prisoners, who are also hit by repression. Our aim is to especially support networks and cases in situations with less access to financial support. During the last years there have been various actions by comrades around the world with different levels of intensity against power and authority. As we know very well, power doesn’t allow to be attacked without retaliation, so the oppression and repression against the anarchist, subversive and revolutionary movements has also increased. That is why we can not remain indifferent to the imprisonment and punishment of our comrades, kidnapped in prisons of states all over the world.

 We use the colour black in our name “Tinta Negra” to vindicate our anarchist heritage and history of that struggle, as well as our constant commitment to those all over the world, who resist in every possible way. It is also an internationalist gesture to the comrades in the territory of so-called Uruguay, who have been using this name for years.

 This year, the second edition will take place between 4.-6. September 2026 at the house project Scherer 8 in Wedding, Berlin. There will be many tattoo artists from various cities offering their craft for a solidary cause. You are also invited to listen or participate in discussions and workshops on different topics around the antiprison movement. Find books, zines, infotables and other material in the nearby ExBrache garden. Come to see performances,freakshows and concerts or simply have a plate of food in good company.

 We consider it important to mention that we try to build this event on anarchist values, including anti-Zionist, anti-colonialial, anti-imperialist,anti-racist, and an anti-patriarchal perspectives of struggles, which reject the ongoing Genocide of the people in the occupied Palestine. 

We are looking forward to see you in September for three days of tattoos, discussions, workshops and music for solidarity and anarchy.

Convencion Anticarcelaria de tatuajes 2026 en Solidaridad con Presxs anarquistas, subversivxs y revolucionarixs.

¡Vuelve la Convención de Tatuajes Anticarcelaria Tinta Negra!

 Decidimos organizar la segunda edición berlinesa de “Tinta Negra”, una convención de tatuajes anticarcelaria en solidaridad con lxs presxs anarquistas, subversivxs y revolucionarixs. Tinta Negra nace de la necesidad de apoyar económicamente a lxs compañerxs encarceladxs y en la clandestinidad. Su primera edición se celebró en Alemania, Berlín, en 2023, en New York-Bethanien.

 Los períodos de investigacion, las prisiones preventivas y el tiempo que lxs compañerxs permanecen encerradxs en las cárceles suelen ser largos y, por tanto, costosos. Las largas condenas ejemplificadoras forman parte de la dura estrategia represiva de los Estados. Los gastos de los procesos judiciales son altísimos y difíciles de afrontar para los círculos de solidaridad en torno a lxs presxs, que también sufren la represión. Nuestro objetivo es apoyar especialmente a redes y casos en situaciones con menos acceso a apoyo financiero. Durante los últimos años, ha habido diversas acciones de compañerxs de todo el mundo con diferentes niveles de intensidad contra el poder y la autoridad. Como sabemos muy bien, el poder no permite ser atacado sin represalias, por lo que la opresión y la represión contra los movimientos anarquistas, subversivxs y revolucionarixs también han aumentado. Por eso no podemos permanecer indiferentes ante el encarcelamiento y castigo de lxs compañerxs, secuestradxs en las prisiones de los Estados de todo el mundo. 

Utilizamos el color negro en nuestro nombre “Tinta Negra” para reivindicar nuestra herencia anarquista y la historia de esa lucha, así como nuestro compromiso constante con todxs aquellxs que, en todo el mundo, resisten de todas las formas posibles. Es también un gesto internacionalista hacia lxs compañerxs del territorio del llamado Uruguay, quienes vienen utilizando este nombre desde hace años.

 Este año, la segunda edición tendrá lugar entre el 4 y el 6 de septiembre de 2026 en la casa proyecto  Scherer 8, en Wedding, Berlín. Habrá muchxs artistas del tatuaje de diversas ciudades ofreciendo su oficio por una causa solidaria. También estás invitadx a escuchar o participar en charlas y talleres sobre diversos temas en torno al movimiento anticarcelario. Encuentra libros, fanzines, mesas informativas y otros materiales en el jardín cercano ExBrache. Ven a ver performances, freakshows y conciertos, o simplemente toma un plato de comida en buena compañía.

 Consideramos importante mencionar que intentamos construir este evento sobre valores anarquistas, incluyendo perspectivas de lucha antisionistas, anticoloniales, antiimperialistas, antirracistas y antipatriarcales, que rechazan el genocidio continuo contra el pueblo de la Palestina ocupada. 

Esperamos verte en septiembre para tres días de tatuajes, debates, talleres y música por la solidaridad y la anarquía.
