This one-hour Monday evening class (18.00 - 19.00) is for all levels, all are welcome! It can be taken in addition to the Wednesday class (18.00 - 19.00) to boost your practice and understanding. No two classes are alike.

Iyengar yoga opens up classical yoga, making it accessible to all bodies, capacities, and levels.
It teaches alignment and precision in the postures (asanas) to bring ease and stability
to the body, mind and breath. Props, such as blocks, belts and blankets, are used to support the learning process.

The Monday evening class has the option to eat a yummy, homemade, vegan SOUP afterwards in the colder months! (separate donation for soup downstairs is welcome!)
