Short url:
What is our oldest creation? Ghosts? Fear? Oppression? The world? Brazilian filmmaking duo Luciana Mazeto & Vinícius Lopes will be at Filmhuis Cavia presenting two of their recent short films, exploring myths and legends of the Southern-Brazilian forest and the legacies of colonization in the area. Making both experimental short films and feature-length works, the duo has crafted a hybrid language between fiction, documentary and the essay film, looking critically at the past through their unique form of storytelling. Afterwards there will be a Q&A with the filmmakers.
