NUIT
In the glow of a digital night, a ghost story unfolds. Dancing mobile phones illuminate Vienna’s St. Stephen’s Cathedral to the sound track of Carl Theodor Dreyer’s “Vampyr”. While enchanted bodies circle, screen icons blend with the site’s iconography. Visual history being literally on hand, “Nuit” rolls into the depths of every day media practices. 

ELECTRONIC SENSE
The video essay combines mobile phone videos from passers-by with their thoughts about the medium. Images, language and sound are taken apart into their components, become visible, then obscured. They appear as black and white dots, as text. Light and flesh, information and noise.

COVID_19 - keep the distance - 1 Meter Distanz zu nicht Beziehungs oder Haushaltsbezogenen Personen. Vor Ort können maximal 100 Personen teilnehmen.

barrierearm zugänglich = in diesem Kontext: es gibt eine rollstuhltaugliche Zufahrt – Wegbeschreibung hier: https://www.akbild.ac.at/Portal/barrierefreierZugang_Akademie_de.pdf, Vor Ort gibt es ein rollstuhlgerechtes Klo. Das im Außenbereich ist ohne weitere Hürden zugänglich. Für das rollstuhlgerechte Klo innerhalb des Gebäudes braucht es einen Euro-Key (dieser ist gegebenenfalls beim Portier erhältlich) und einen Wechsel in ein anderes Stockwerk.
