The show on 29.04. brings us closer to May 1 and questions related to work.

Two days before May 1 2020, we look together at how the current pandemic will affect the day of work. In a first step we will deal with the history of MAYDAY.

Then we go on - we hear from activists from different cities what is planned for May 1st and how they assess the current situation.

In the next part we will talk about different forms of work, about invisible and undocumented work, about badly paid work. And connected to this, the question of how organization can look like in these atypical contexts. The current question is also always there - how does this crisis affect work?

In the last third of the show we will focus on art, culture and night work. What is the situation with the working conditions in clubs, restaurants and at events? How does Covid_19 affect this field of work?

In between, some of the entries of the day of action "voices of resistance - music of resistance" provide some entertainment. Coview's call for this was first broadcast here on United We Talk two weeks ago - many artists took part in the action. Some of the results will be visible and audible for you in the show!
