Groenten uit West (plukcsa.nl); this time with wild garlic, rucola, mustard greens, mizuna and nettle - green pancakes, pestos, polenta rounds etc. The benefit goes to the Food Autonomy Festival which takes place May 31 for three days in Amsterdam.
