On Monday, April 8, a film will be shown in Filmhuis Cavia by the Amsterdam Philosophers Association.

This time the film will be related to the journey they will make two weeks later to Genoa. The port city of Genoa has often been the scene of so-called Spaghetti crime films, and now they appear on our film-menu. These films were mainly shot in the 1970s, a time when Genoa is a center of political opposition to dictator Georgios Papadopoulos. There will also be an accompanying talk, sadly not by Ilja Leonard Pfeiffer.
