We cook our 96th meal in Taksim to stand in solidarity towards the rising struggle against exploitation, focusing on rape of children, women and non-human animals. Apart from sharing freegan food we will promote the call for the anti-rape protest which will take place in Kadıköy on Saturday, 3th of December by distributing flyers. On the return of the meal, all together, we will prepare slogans, banners, posters and stencils for the protest.

Make sure to bring and recycle necessary material for banners from the homes, workplaces, and streets!

Every wednesday from 16:00 to around evening, Food Not Bombs Istanbul holds a public meal to share food with hungry people, address unnecessary waste, and make a statement about non-violence in relation to all living creatures at given address in the end.

Join us on this Wednesday for FREE, DELICIOUS, VEGAN Sofra (meal); good company and great conservation! Learn more about hunger, poverty, freeganism and solidarity - bring your friends and your appetites!

All decisions to be made by consensus! (i.e.: no hierarchy, no majority rule - all decisions are to be reached unanimously)
