GALALIVE (Egypt)

Galalalive is a sound collective and a live music band founded in 2019 by Abdo Zin Eldin. It began with recording and archiving sounds from Egypt's underworld marginalized communities, capturing the atmosphere of spiritual festivals, raves, weddings, and funerals, which are increasingly threatened by gentrification... During the COVID pandemic, it evolved into a solo electronic music project, blending contemporary and traditional Egyptian sounds. Galalalive has performed at venues like Bardo Clubhouse and Cairo Jazz Club. In 2023, it expanded into a flexible band, featuring different musicians and instruments depending on the event.

DE/SEKTE (Netherlands)

The new moniker of Anne Stam aka Death Mask aims to re-direct the human psyche into uncomfortable unhinged territories. Submitting to feelings that are painful and would be surpressed in ‘normal’ society. Searching for a collective disgust, it grabs, it holds and transforms it into uncomfortable beauty and visceral rejection. De/Sekte is sonic nullification of the normative collective mind... For the fans of Anenzephalia, Atrax Morgue, Lille Roger, Ke/Hill.

SVARTVIT (Netherlands)

Exploring the boundaries of sound since 2009. Svartvit sculpts corporeal sonic landscapes that pulsate with raw intensity. Through extensive manipulation acoustic sounds are held captive in the liminal space between their point of origin & grotesque indecipherable slabs of distortion.
