VENVS CLUB (Berlin)

VENVS CLUB is a project helmed by Berlin-based multidisciplinary artist Jonathan Bergen. Renowned for its rarity in live performances, VENVS CLUB delves deep into the realms of sound experimentation and transforms ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) sound and aesthetics into intricate textural studies. Jonathan Bergen’s method entails not only deconstructing source sounds but also inverting the utilization of ASMR sounds. In conjunction with the latest release, “100 Layers of Lipgloss,” the performance is focused on amplifying the gentle whispers of ASMR into a symphony of highly textured soundscapes. This sonic metamorphosis is accompanied by a sensual visual experience, creating a multi-sensory journey that captivates the imagination and stimulates the senses.

WHILE ZENO (Utrecht)

While Zeno has a DIY attitude to making noise and likes to make his own sound sources. For this night he will bring the more portable parts of his collection, backed up by some guitar pedals. Expect an Arduino-based controller built in a tea box, relays taking care of feedbacking guitar pedals, electromotors grinding against springs and some solenoids hammering away, all to create sounds that we all like to hear.

FRABLUM (Amsterdam)

Frablum, aka Francesco Stablum has been performing live sets with his modular synthesizer since 2017. Previously he experimented with DAW-based productions on various electronic music genres for about 20 years. His current performance focuses on melodic as well noisy, abrasive techno set with occasional ambient soundscapes. One of the goals is to provide a set with high dynamicity encompassing different moods, colors and energy levels. Francesco has been part of Unknown Electronics since 2018; Unknown Electronics is an ambitious collective focused on organizing electronic music events that feature exclusively live sets. Such events take place in various venues in Amsterdam such as the Vondelbunker and the OT301.

A spontaneous duo of two noise artists: Kryptogen Rundfunk and Soundmotherfucker, abusing analogue electronic devices for deep diving into the essence of noise and drone sonorities. Raw chaotic energy and intuitive synergy molded into hypnotic soundscapes. No goals set, no borders exist, no easy way out.
