No experience necessary. This is a community yoga class with a certified iyengar yoga teacher, all abilities, bodies, sizes, ages, genders and levels of yoga practice are welcome.
The class is free, donations are welcome and go toward supporting the NieuwLand collective, making this and other projects possible.
Please bring a yoga mat, if you have one. If you have more, bring more!
We will start on time at 8:30 in the morning ;)
