Legal Support-group Workshop
Prepare For Arrest & Interrogation Training

When: Tuesday 8.9. 17:00 a clock
Where: de Klinker: Van Broeckhuysenstraat 46 Nijmegen

Prepare for arrest is a workshop to help people prepare in case they get arrested during a political action or demonstration. It will be an interactive workshop for everyone - with or without
experience of being arrested.

Any action or demonstration carries the risk of arrest. In this workshop we want to provide tools and experiences in how to prepare for this. We’ll spend time recognizing different police units, talk about your rights, explain practicalities and most importantly: we’ll do an interrogation training. That way, you can practice what will happen during interrogation.

It can make a huge difference in your experience and the consequences you might face afterwards (legally, physically and psychologically), if you know what to expect when you get arrested. If you are interested in any form of direct action, that will also attract cops, you will greatly benefit from showing up to this workshop.

De Arrestantengroep is a group of people focused on preparation & assist during and after actions to empower people as much as we can. To help those in the movement be as resilient as possible in the face if state repression.
