Snoekhoek is a former veterinary clinic that has been resquatted in the beginning of February 2025. We have a social space in which we organize movie screenings, workshops, tech walk-in hours and other events. The space is very open to people wanting to organize their own workshops, screenings or meetings. We are an outspoken vegan space and we don't ask for any contributions, so using our space is free. Reach out to us on snoekhoek@proton.me and together we can see what is possible.

Accessibility
Even though the accessibility of the space is limited by the structure of the house, reach out to us if you have specific needs and we can try and figure out the possibilities. We are very happy to try and find solutions to make the space more accessible for you and others! The social space is accessible for wheelchair users, the kitchen however is separated from the social space with two steps and the doorway is quite narrow. Due to a big step up between the kitchen and the toilet (35 cm), the toilet is only wheelchair accessible by going around the house over the pavement. Because of the height of this step up it can also be difficult for people with restricted mobility. The toilet itself has running water, a tap and a small sink. It doesn't fit a wheelchair and doesn't have any mobility aids at the moment.
