About the book (blurb): "Why do radical movements and spaces sometimes feel laden with fear, anxiety, suspicion, self-righteousness, and competition? Über das Buch (Klappentext): "Warum fühlen sich radikale Bewegungen und Räume manchmal mit Angst, Besorgnis, Misstrauen, Selbstgerechtigkeit und Wettbewerb belastet an? Montgomery und Bergman bezeichnen dieses Phänomen als rigiden Radikalismus: erstarrte und toxische Beziehungsweisen, die in soziale Bewegungen eingesickert sind und sich als die "richtige" Art, radikal zu sein, ausgeben. Im Gespräch mit Organisator*innen und Intellektuellen aus einer Vielzahl politischer Strömungen untersuchen die Autoren, wie sich der starre Radikalismus in radikale Räume schmuggelt und wie er rückgängig gemacht werden kann.
