For those whose belts have slipped a couple notches down during our sedentary days, who are looking to train hard in a relaxed non-macho atmosphere, and to meet some awesome people along the way, come and join our weekly outdoor bootcamp.

The one hour session is led by Puck, an experienced martial arts and yoga instructor. We meet at 11:50 next to Praxis by Flevopark, and begin training at 12:00 sharp. 

Bring exercise clothes suitable for the outdoors and prepare to get your heart pumping. This event is donation based.
