Spirou Trikoupi 17 was evicted on 26 August 2019. Self organised housing squat for refugees/migrants next to the Exarcheia square in an abandoned office building. This squat started its transformation last September 2016, setting up a total of 25 rooms that provide a home to over 100 residents. Refugees and migrant squats are abandoned places that have been occupied and rehabilitated with the aim of providing not only basic necessities like shelter, food, healthcare and education, but also a space for the development of individuals and the community of residents and solidarians.
