In collaboration with Brussels Environment, Toestand's first spontaneous action zone was created in 2014: the Allee du Kaai. With 9,000 m² of indoor and outdoor space, the Allee du Kaai is also Toestand's largest project. The Allee du Kaai is home to some 30 organizations that develop all kinds of activities for a wide variety of target groups, both in the neighborhood and throughout the region. These activities range from screen printing, bicycle repair and conversation tables to a real indoor skate park and guest tables. Each year, the project receives about 40,000 visitors.
