To begin the Friday with good energie, I welcome you at YogaYaYa! Friday. We begin with a short meditation. Then we practise the Hatha Yoga yoga asanas (poses). The forward and backbands, the inversion and twists. There is emphasis for the alignment in the poses. To do the asanas correctly and safe we use props like blankets, chairs, belts and blocks. Its a lesson for beginners and advanced beginners. The atmosphere is chill. Namaste!
