Yoga Workshop
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali state that the endeavor of yoga is to still the fluctuations of the mind (Chitta vritti nirodha). The interplay of the body – breath – mind complex plays a unique role in this. This workshop explores yogic applications of this inter-connection.
The body – mind – breath complex is integrated in the yogic path, which begins with gaining an awareness of and reflecting on our own conduct towards others and ourselves (Yamas & Niyamas). It continues with fine-tuning the body (Asana) and breath (Pranayama). This helps clear the way for us to not be swayed by our senses (Pratyahara), for concentration (Dharana), meditation (Dhyana) and eventually absorption (Samadhi).
This workshop is for all levels. Everyone is welcome.
The rhythm of this workshop’s practice strikes a balance between energizing and quiet, playful and deeply focused work.

13.00 – 14.00 is optional. Lunch is “D.I.T.” (Do It Together!), everyone is invited to bring something vegan (and light to digest!) to share at the table in the garden (nice weather) or indoors here.
