Kung Fu Lessons:
Kung fu is very suitable for improving motor skills, strengthening concentration, endurance, flexibility, resilience, self-confidence, strength, balance and equilibrium.
The classes focus on styles, kicking and punching techniques, the use of weapons, physical endurance and muscle strengthening.
Kung fu is not about aggression and how to exploit it, but it is about controlling all kinds of emotions and therefore aggression.
