Hurricane Season is Fernanda Melchor's first novel to be translated into English and in our June meeting we will discuss this together.

 *It’s mentioned by a couple of the people who have wrote reviews on Goodreads that there are some parts of the novel too disturbing.

We will meet at 16:00 at the community kitchen De Peper (cash venue) located inside OT301 (http://www.ot301.nl). We’ll discuss the text for a couple of hours and then (for those who wish) enjoy a vegan meal (donation based).
