Gastronomy workers will speak about their experiences and their struggles. They are willing to share their concerns and ideas with other workers in the same sector and through this collective exchange, perhaps find a common way to face the employers' arbitrariness. Migrant workers make up a huge proportion of the gastronomy sector and this is something that bosses happily use in their favour. We can start making it a bit harder for them by organising ourselves and sharing our experiences!"
