Im Gespräch geht es um das 9. Kapitel der komplexen Gegenerzählung, das von der Geschichte der (kolonialen) Eroberung von Mexiko und dem (indigenen) Widerstand dagegen handelt. Der konkrete Anlass dazu ist die Ankündigung der aufständischen Zapatistas https://www.zapalotta.org/aufruf-zur-mitarbeit/, dass sie sich auf den Weg machen, um im Sommer 2021 genau 500 Jahre nach der Eroberung von Mexiko Stadt in Europa zu landen.

Lisl Ponger https://www.lislponger.com/ arbeitet an der Schnittstelle von Kunst, Kunstgeschichte und Ethnologie über Stereotype, Rassismen und Blickkonstruktionen.
