The one hour session is led by Puck, an experienced martial arts and yoga instructor. We meet at 11:50 next to Praxis by Flevopark, and begin training at 12:00u.

Bring exercise clothes suitable for the outdoors and prepare to get your heart pumping. This event is donation based. No MAcho.
