Join me on Tuesday at the bunker for another guided meditation open to all levels. We will discuss what meditation is as well as the benefits of regular practice before exploring some breathing and meditation techniques together to calm the mind and body.
This week the theme is Yin and Yang and how we can apply this idea in both our practice and our lifestyles to bring balance.

Practical info:
– Your current “level” of practice does not matter, beginners are very welcome!
– The class is free but donations are always welcome.
– We have a small number of mats and cushions available for use or if you prefer to bring something comfortable to sit or lay on please do, as well as any other props you feel you would enjoy (hello blanket!).
– Please arrive a little early so we can start on time.

Yoga de verrekijker is a yoga community whose goal is to spread awareness of donation-based events for student and teachers.
