In this guided meditation we will explore some simple breathing practices that can be used anywhere to calm the body and mind. This weeks theme is Karma and how we can relate this concept to mindfulness in our everyday lives.

Practical info:
– Your current “level” of practice does not matter, beginners are very welcome!
– The class is free but donations are always welcome.
– We have a small number of mats and cushions available for use or if you prefer to bring something comfortable to sit or lay on please do, as well as any other props you feel you would enjoy (hello blanket!).
– Please arrive a little early so we can start on time.

Yoga de verrekijker is a yoga community whose goal is to spread awareness of donation-based events for student and teachers. Our aim is to make yoga and meditation affordable for everyone, especially students, and those just starting their yoga practice.
