July 2019, the squat accommodates about sixty people, including many children. The administrative court of Montpellier had granted eight months of delays to the squat, setting the squat under eviction threat from July 24, 2019. At the end of the rally on July 23rd, called by the collective Bienvenue migrantEs 34 and Un toit pour Tous, an interview took place with a civil servant from the prefecture, who pledged not to use public force until the end of August.
