February 2020, occupation of the former gymnasium at 7 rue Moquechien. The owner of the squat is none other than Covivio, a real estate giant against refugees. Among Covivio's shareholders are Black Rock, the majority shareholder being Leonardo Vecchio.
On 21 December 2020, without warning the squatters, the Nantes city council proceeds with the eviction of the Moquechien squat where around 120 people were living.
