Former Agropolis Museum, founded in 1994 by Louis Mallasis, which closes and finds itself abandoned in 2010 following the deficit caused by the financial disengagement of the State and the region.
The museum is occupied several times. In August 2017, the collective "Malassis, still standing! "decided to invest the place, renamed the Saucer (La Soucoupe), to make it a self-managed cultural center offering concerts, writing workshops, canteen, boxing lessons, drawing, dance, etc..
The museum is reoccupied in October 2019, hosting the fourth assembly of the yellow jackets assemblies and many evenings of support for those accused of the social movement. For our/your cultural and organizational needs, whether you need space for a meeting, a workshop or a festival, the place can accommodate it all. La Soucoupe advocates benevolence, respect, organization, equity, sharing, diversity, open-mindedness. La Soucoupe is evicted again on July 3, 2020.
