Second March Dalston Solidarity Cafe
Short url:
Dalston Solidarity Cafe is a space to connect a diversity of collectives, realities and individuals who by sharing their knowledge and experience will be able to offer a range of mutualistic practices. These can help the community to improve our condition and happiness, beyond the “survival mode” today’s society forces us to be in.
The project is growing fast, as more and more people join the now bi-monthly Cafes and therefore we are looking to gather more food to cook more tasty dishes.
If you cannot attend the organising assemblies but still wish to support in some way, you can:
donate food and drop it off at the bar in Halkevi’s basement hall from the last Thursday before the cafe between 10am and 4pm. In this case, Thursday 24th and Friday 25th. Ask the person behind the bar, they have been informed.
help us cook and organise the space in the morning of the Cafe from 10am at Halkevi, in this case on Saturday 26th.
help us clean the space at the end of the Cafe after 8pm at Halkevi, in this case on Saturday 26th.
donate much needed stuff such as cooking equipment (see separate post down below in the page for details), microphone / speaker, a freezer. Message us here or email us at solidarity-cafe@riseup.net
Join us on Saturday 26th March for the second Dalston Solidarity Cafe of the month!
