As indebted and suffocated Greek economy is heading for bankruptcy in 2015, a left-wing Syriza government is elected with a political program aiming at negotiating new conditions with the Troika of European Commission, European Central Bank and International Monetary Fund in what is one of the most spectacular political battles of the past decade. However, the new finance minister Yanis Varoufakis soon discovers the limits of rational debate with the Troika -- almost as if the creditors do not really want their money back but rather want to crush the country so it does not serve as an inspiration for others...
