The People’s Art Club & Community Drop-in (PAC) has been happening here at PRSC every Tuesday afternoon for the last couple of years, with a different creative activity happening each week. These sessions are free, and open to absolutely everyone – all abilities welcome, we are all artists.
The People’s Art Club Exhibition features a variety of artwork produced at PAC over the last two years, in a wide range of mediums – and we’ll be hosting free workshops and activities throughout the weekend…

Opening Party with Open Mic & Secret Workshop
3 pieces or 15 min limit. whichever comes first. All performances welcome, from electronic to country, poetry to puppetry, especially quirky, DIY recommended. Expect group prompts and interactivity.

Paulo’s Printing Press!
From nature into print, wet paper press foliage printmaking. Paper & inks provided, BYO t-shirt/clothing to upcycle.

“Mental Matrix Experience” with Kat Martian: Lo-fi Music & Poetry Happening
Bring your lo-fi musical toys, especially anything circuit-bent or homemade. We will make contact mics and have a little (not very loud) play in conjunction with a prompted poetry workshop/poetry bingo with live readings, prizes and cross pollination.

Dig deep into our boxes of paper goodies and cut-paste-rip-tear-scrunch-staple-glue together a weird & wonderful collage.
