Do you like to make a short movie for the womens*strike in june? Or a videoflyer for the next soli-concert? Or maybe just putting the holiday memories in order? Low budget, DIY and open for all?
Together we learn how to use the open source software Blender and practice with our own video snippets. The second topic is how to anonymize faces, voices, tattoos, and other identifiers. We'll also learn what to look out for when you're filming to protect privacy of other peoples.
You don't need any precognition, only a fully charged laptop and ideally some small videos to work with. Videos from your mobile are fine enough. If you want you can also bring a computer mouse, makes it easier to work. Please download and install blender prior to your arrival. We don't have internet on the location. If you need help to install it, we'll find a solution prior to the workshop. You'll find the download on https://www.blender.org/download free of charge for Linux, Windows and Mac.
The workshop is open to all gender. We're looking forward to a learning- and mistakefriendly environment, where everybody can feel comfortable.
We're planning on holding the workshop in german. If you're not able to speak or understand german, please let us know and we'll find a solution.
Unfortunately the room is not barrierfree, there are some steps to enter the room. Write us an email if that might be a problem for you and we'll find a way for you to join as well.
