good mourning: anti-imperialist night at the bunker
Short url:
Two different anti-imperialist, anti-colonial and anti-racist acts will bring their political performances to the bunker in a night of celebration and protest alike.
Yero Gaynaako is a raptivist, lyricist, and human rights defender from Mauritania and founder of Welooti, one of the largest cultural festivals in West Africa. With lyrics in Fulani, his mother tongue, his music talks about the inequalities that his home country faces, like caste systems and anti-black racism.
Anti-Everything is a postcolonial hardcore punk band from Trinidad and Tobago, straight from the Caribbean underground scene, with elements of ska, reggae and steelpan in their music. Anti-nationalist, anti-colonial, anti-corruption, anti-authoritarian lyrics to rowdy energetic punk sounds.
