Dependence № 01 - TRAMS
DEPENDENCE weaves together notions of sound, space, vibrations, and time into an installation in two acts which plays with the orchestration of the conditions of listening through a spatial composition and displacement.
The installation channels urban sounds through the infrastructural features of the Vondelbunker, in a conversation between sound and space. This conversation is facilitated by an environmental installation which allows to translate the dull matter of the concrete into vibrant language that speaks to the flesh and to the senses.
The exhibition will be open to the public from 20-28 April with two guest performances:
26 April at 19:00: Remote Backgrounds – music intervention by Jasna Veličković
28 April at 19:00: Oh Di Doo Dah – dance performance by Artémise Ploegaerts
