WAT HIER IS + GEMMA LUZ BOSCH + DE ERVARING

Geregeld Ontregeld are excited to be hosting a beautiful night of ambient, sound art and improvised music, with some lovely people: Wat Hier Is, Gemma Luz Bosch and De 'Luka Schuurman' Ervaring. Bring your own pillow, sit back or float away, forget time and space and listen to what clay has to say.

WAT HIER IS

We create soundscapes on the spot, using site-specific sounds and atmosphere as our material. These soundscapes originate in flux and are radical improvisations: we don't know what we are going to do before we start. We do this by recording sounds as they happen, in the location of our performance. Through a self-made software interface, extensive analogue sound processing and a guitar, these turn into soundscapes: sometimes dreamy, sometimes brutal noise, or harmonic compositions.

CLAY BREATH

With his Ervaring (Experience), guitarist/composer Luka Schuurman takes the listener to sound worlds that evoke cinematic atmospheres and form a backdrop for your imagination. With loose compositions that leave much space for improvisation, the group explores sound as an evolving organism by the use of instruments, electronics, manipulated vocals and field recordings of Portugese birds.
