Yoga - Pranayama Class
Tuesday 8.00 - 9.15 a.m. — Pranayama
This class is dedicated to breath work based on the ancient philosophy and practice of yoga. It begins with postures to open the body, to gain sensitivity, and prepare us to work with the breath. The class explores various techniques of Pranayama.
