Dear All, we are very excited to invite you to Yoga lessons at Nieuwland on Mondays 18.30-19.30, starting  on 14 November 2022.  Classes are taught by a member of the Nieuwland community who is also a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Level III.

A reminder:
Mutual care is a lived practice. Please stay home if you are unwell. Self-testing before sharing the room is most welcome. Do let us know if you can’t make it, so we can make space for those on the waiting list.

New classes:
The new one-hour Wednesday evening class (18.00 - 19.00) can be taken in addition to the Mondays (18.30 - 19.30) to boost your practice and understanding. No two classes are alike. 

The 1 1/2 hour Wednsday evening class (19.00 - 20.30) is for those already familiar with Iyengar Yoga.  Talk to the teacher if you are wondering if this class is for you…

Note: both Wednesday evening classes are “Class Only” - helaas without soup … however,
you are welcome to stay for some warm tea or drinks downstaris after class…

The new Tuesday Special class (11 - 12.30) is for people dealing with injuries, chronic pain, special issues, etc. Here an individual progam is made each person based on their needs. For more information, please send an e-mail to yoga@nieuwland.cc

Lastly,  the suggested donation makes it possible for us to continue offering amazing classes here!
However, It is very important that no one be excluded due to the cost of classes.
