*** Cultural info night for Chile ***
Over the past weeks, millions of Chileans have gone to the streets to demand social equality, rising up against the practice of neo-liberalism employed since 1973, after the military coup. There have been tons of abuse of human rights since the government is practicing state terrorism (for example illegal arrests +/ 200 people lost an eye and 20 deaths). The real demands of the people are hidden by the official media.

Upcoming Fridaynight we will share information, in solidarity with the social movements in Chile. Donations from this night will be sent to support the social movements in Chile.

In de afgelopen weken zijn vele Chilenen de straat op gegaan om te strijden voor sociale gelijkheid. Er zijn vele mensenrechtenschendingen en de stem van de sociale bewegingen is niet in de officiële media zichtbaar. Vanavond delen we informatie in solidariteit met de sociale bewegingen in Chili. Entree en (vegan) eten op donatie. Met ook: textiel workshop, live muziek, DJ Rengo Star.
