Vinyasa Yoga Flow
The class is dedicated for all yogi practitioners, no matter the level of experience.
Based on Ashtanga and Hatha, this Vinyasa flow is meant for improving flexibility and balance, followed by static postures for core strength and toning. A class dedicated to make you stronger while relaxing the mind.
Disconnect from the outside world and enter your inner world, I'll be there to guide you and safely correct the postures so each time you can go deeper in the practice without hurting your body.
Breathe! We will work on that too.
The classes are donation based, and those donations go to the project of Pieter Nieuwland. If you can't make a donation you're also welcome to come, though it'd be great if you could collaborate!
