Feministas en Holanda presents: It's Our Right to Decide! (+ Q&A)

Short url:

The 30th of December 2020 was a historic day for the feminist movement in Latin America and the Caribbean, and a euphoric victory for the reproductive justice movement across the globe. However, despite the passing of a landmark abortion law legalizing abortion in Argentina, and recent strides in Mexico and Colombia, the region still has a long way to go to realize reproductive justice and autonomy for ciswomen and other birthing people. It is against this backdrop and to commemorate the International Safe Abortion Day that Feministas en Holanda [www.facebook.com/FeministasenHolanda] is organizing the day Festival: ¡Decidir es Nuestro Derecho! (It's Our Right to Decide!). The film program will be followed by a discussion facilitated by Feministas en Holanda, alongside ANA and WHM to join forces with our comrades across the ocean, materially support their struggle, and provide a more encompassing perspective on the matter.
