After a challenging period for everyone, we are back and ready to resume our screenings at the cinema. We abide by the rules as set by the RIVM and we will have only 15 guests per screening. It's necessary to make a reservation.

You can drop by at Cavia an hour before each screening to make a reservation at the bar. While at our venue, be mindful to remain at 1.5 meter distance from other people. We trust all to be responsible with their health and hygiene check.

Jesús Franco | 1971 | West Germany/Spain | 89' | EN subs

Vampyros Lesbos is a quintessential 70s exploitation flick. One of the most well-known efforts of prolific Spanish director Jesus Franco, it is one of the last films starring the fascinating Soledad Miranda, who tragically died shortly after. Miranda takes center stage as vampire countess Nadine, descendant of Dracula, who seduces other women in an effort to appease her insatiable thirst for blood. A psychedelic score and a hazy eeriness permeate the atmosphere of the film that is even a little surreal at times. Vampyros Lesbos loved by many and hated by many – but nevertheless, a cult classic not to be missed!
